Gitai is a social-media-forward documentary project pairing short recipe videos with site visits to the places that make Melbourne’s Jewish food culture distinct.

We’re building a living bank of Jewish recipes and site visits. Each recipe video gives clear, step-by-step instructions and practical tips for home cooks and chefs.
